The CEO-Founder of mermix.gr , Mr. Christos Stamatis, informs us about their participation in the European Crowdfunding campaign “Katana” and explains:
“It is with great pleasure that I, as CEO-Founder of mermix.gr, but also as CEO of the Stevia Hellas Cooperative – La Mia Stevia, announce that we are participating in the European Crowdfunding campaign “Katana”. Having passed the first cycle, which brought mermix to 7th place in Europe, we are now officially starting our Crowdfunding campaign, and we ask for your help to achieve our goals.
I ask for your support, so that through this campaign, we can realize our vision of bringing the agricultural sector of Greece one step closer to technology, to modern farming practices, to the rational use of nutrition & growth products, but above all, closer to the way in which sustainable agricultural development will be achieved.
Because, through mermix.gr, each producer will be able to search for modern equipment, control their production, record their current actions, and also estimate the next ones.
The Stevia Hellas Cooperative, a Model Agricultural Cooperative, without loans or financing, has managed to achieve its significant progress with the own funds of its producer-members (crowdsourced). Stevia Hellas has already used mermix to distribute its machinery to its producers, and with the help of mermix, it is taking a step forward.
He will record his crops and his actions in order to achieve assured agricultural production, optimal in quality and maximum in quantity.
For this purpose, through the campaign, the Cooperative will acquire a modern harvesting machine, which will be distributed through mermix to its members. With this machine, it will be able to reduce its production costs, but also increase its quality, thus ensuring even more competitive products.
